The look-out tower, in the Žižkov gardens, was built by the Roudnice Farmer´s Loan company in 1934 - 1935, on the occasion of their fiftieth anniversary; it was named after their founder.
It is an interesting concrete construction with a round plan bearing eight outer and one central pillar, with an observation platform at a height of 13 m.
