Castle Horšovský Týn [ Castle - chateau ]It was the Prague archbishop Jan III. of Dražice who started to built the castle in the middle of the 13th century as a bishop´s palatinate.
Then the castle was rebuilt several times. In the middle of the 16th century it was burnt down and Jan Poper Jr. of Lobkovice had it rebuilt into a renaissance chateau.
